Alright, here’s the last revision for summer that I’ll be doing. Apologies for being a little late on this, I’ve been
watching a lot of wrestling and watching Steam like a hawk
very busy with a lot of important matters (wait, this is actually true; I’ve been learning how to break free from WordPress’s evil grasp). All dates have been added (okay fine there’s one that I didn’t add, but I can’t wait for it anymore especially considering what it is), some key visuals have been updated and a couple of new OVAs have been added (to my supreme displeasure as I had to make the thing bigger to accommodate for them) and Gundam-san has been added. Also, I’ve added a list of theatrical movie premieres in the notes section; I’m still keeping BD releases the main focus on my chart, but there’s no particular harm in including theater premieres with text.
I should hopefully be getting started on the fall chart sometime this week or next week, so look forward to that!
Additionally, here’s a higher quality version (read: saved at 100 instead of the ~60 in photoshop’s save to web quality slider). Someone asked for a higher resolution version, and I’d be fine with releasing one if I could keep the quality the same, but pumping the res artifacts the images too much. Sorry! I hope this makes up for it.
Hey hi! I wasn’t planning on doing this and was originally going to just wait until all the dates were confirmed in ~2 weeks, but I was bored out of my mind today and needed something to do, so I figured might as well update the chart. The updates are mostly updating key visuals and adding whatever dates are available (which is a fair amount, only eight are actually missing) and adding in a movie and OVA here and there.
The most notable change is that I’ve taken off Kantai Collection. Originally, I included this because Kadokawa said at some event that they were aiming for a summer 2014 broadcast. Right now, we’re 2 weeks away from everything beginning to air and there’s still no new key visuals, trailers or anime character designs. At this point I’m willing to bet that it’s been pushed back to fall or later, so unless they dump a boat(haw haw)load of info right after I go to bed today it won’t be on the final revision. In its place, I’ve decided to throw the PsychoPass edited rebroadcast as its own thing because
I needed to fill a slot to make things look nice and pretty, otherwise I would have put a MGSV picture there
the second season is airing next season and hey, why not give it a little more attention than a blurb in the notes.
Finally, I’ll be starting work on a baseline fall chart sometime soon. In the meantime, here’s what Moonphase has listed for fall so far:
Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso
Hitsugui no Chaika S2
Orenchi no Furo Jijou
Yowamushi Pedal S2
Daitoshokan no Hitsujikai
Hi sCoool! Sega Girls (lol what, bet this is 5 minute shorts)
Ronia the Robber’s Daughter (Studio Ghibli’s first TV anime)
Log Horizon S2
Ore, Twintails ni Narimasu
Gundam Build Fighters S2
Sora no Method
Buddy Complex S2
Garo: Honoo no Kokuin
Hey, here’s v4 of the chart and probably the last revision until all the dates are confirmed (unless another whole series is confirmed). OVAs and movie BDs are finally in, along with various minor updates like key visual changes. Oh, and new season of Sengoku Basara.
Hi, here’s a new revision for summer. Changes include adding
Akame ga Kill
Hanamonogatari (delayed from spring)
Also, I’d just like to say a little piece about the size of this season’s chart. Normally I make a template to according to the season; spring and fall are usually heavy loaded so I generally make these a little more compact, while summer and winter are relatively light so I have more freedom for using larger templates. This summer though has 40+ series when I was expecting ~25, so the one I’m using right now isn’t exactly optimal (but still workable).
Hey there hi there here’s a new summer chart. New additions are Persona 4 Golden (kinda weird this is even a thing but if it means a budget bigger than the coffee I had this morning and stuff like the ski trip animated then by all means), Free! S2, Strange+ S2 and Majimoji Rurumo.
